- Current location of the candidate should be chennai, if not, then atleast a past experience of working into Chennai is required.  The person would be responsible for:  - Responsible for city P/L metrics and Team management (80-100) to ensure high outputs while maintaining SLA with high quality of product catalogue  - Hold overall responsibility of the entire gamut of operations for the online market place. Responsible for the P&L of the unit with accountability of budgets  - Analyse data on consumers, competitors and market place and consolidate information into actionable items, reports and presentation as part of market research for concerned product categories  - Serve as a point of contact for merchants and internals customers for troubleshooting all catalogue related issues Increase city growth (demand) while ensuring bottom line is maintained  - Sales team management for adding vendors with focus on area expansion.  - Responsible for process development and operational excellence for scaling cities efficiently.  - Management of Vendor relationship team to ensure partner metrics are as planned.  - Promoting brand promotion along with efficient deliveries.
