City Head/Business Head

As Head of Business, you will be required to handle multiple high-priority projects simultaneously, work closely with the senior leadership, secure and develop partnerships with restaurants and develop and execute plans to scale our service offering.

Responsibilities:

- Complete P & L responsibility for city operations including leading the sales, marketing and content efforts for the company

- Sustaining and growing the city revenue quarter by quarter and maintaining profitability of city operations by appropriate cost control measures

- Creating and monitoring operating plans for the city in coordination with the Country Head and evaluating the performance responsibility for organization.

- Formulating targets and incentive plans for the sales team in line with the country and city operating plans

- Sustaining the city by identifying new business and marketing opportunities and ensuring smooth new product roll outs

- Conceptualizing as well as executing the nuances of sales and operations

- Overseeing content, marketing and PR activities for the city to build and maintain a strong product and user community

- Hiring and retaining talent for city operations along with their training, performance evaluation and appraisals

- Developing future leaders within the Organization

Requirements:

- Over 5 years of work experience with 2+ years of experience in managing and leading teams

- Prior experience in sales and/or client facing roles

- Possess startup acumen - strong work ethic, willingness to get hands dirty and execute

- Good interpersonal skills with ability to communicate fluently in Local language and English

- Very high ethical standards

- An MBA is not mandatory
