The company was founded by 3 IIT-Bombay graduates and has grown to a 60-member strong team.  They are launching a new B2C mobile shopping product and looking to hire young enthusiastic talent for an exciting journey ahead. The product launch is scheduled for October 2015 and therefore, you will be involved in building the product from scratch and the opportunities to grow and learn will be infinite.  Responsibilities :   - Kick-start and ensure smooth operations across the city  - Setup teams, build functions, scale up across the paradigm and lead the P&L for an entire city, as a P&L leader  - Build a strong network of satisfied, reliable and highly effective crew that is obsessed with delivering a top-notch customer experience  - Negotiate and manage third party vendors such as packaging partners, delivery partners and support partners among others, involved in multiple stages of the purchase and fulfillment journey  - Responsible for end to end operational activities  - Work actively with the Marketing team to conceptualize campaigns, create brand awareness and lead the BTL activities on ground  - Actively partner and collaborate with cross-functional teams such as key stakeholders, PR, creative, national advertising, go-to-market and individual campaign teams to ensure a consistent message and focus across all consumer touch points   Requirements :   - Strong Leadership skills.
