Senior Associate

Project Planning :

- Create a detailed work plan for a specific module which identifies and sequences the activities needed to successfully complete the module. Define the objectives and measures upon which the project will be evaluated at its completion

- Provide inputs to the Team Lead on the appropriate skill sets required to execute the project activities

Project Execution :

- Serve as the central point of contact for all activities related to a specific project module

- Manage the development and execution of project deliverables related to a specific module

- Provide inputs to the Team Lead on aspects related to project planning, budgeting, action planning and monitoring processes. E.g. determine the resources (time, money, people, etc.) required to complete the project

- Lead and motivate the project team within the module, and ensure proactive communication internally as well as externally

- Monitor project activities and coordinate with the Team Lead to ensure module milestones are achieved in a timely manner. Provide inputs on resource allocation and develop schedules for successful module completion while ensuring alignement with the overall project plan

- Track the project activities related to specific modules on a real time basis, provide regular updates to the Team Lead and revise if required

- Coordinate with external partners including vendors (suppliers & contractors) and manage field resources to ensure effective on ground delivery

- Troubleshoots project problems. Identifies and implements creative solutions. E.g. Provide operational assistance, problem identification and resolution

Capability Development :

- Share ideas/best-practices/innovations within the team and across the organization. Ensure continuous & smooth knowledge transfer

- Monitor the individual performance of project member/staff within the module and provide necessary inputs to the Team Lead to enable effective & timely feedback (project member performance review)

- Identify the skill gaps in team and communicate the same to Team Leads for taking action
