About the Organization

Citizens Alliance was started by a group of proficient individuals from pedigree institutions with a common desire to create large scale impact through community empowerment. A multi-disciplinary team works towards providing customized innovative solutions in domains of Governance, Education, Health, Livelihood, and other Community Solutions.

Our Journey So Far

- Skill Development: Our expertise ranges from mass awareness generation, outreach, and brand building to partner's engagement. Citizens Alliance worked on Project - Hunar Hai Toh Kadar Hai- in 125 districts across 15 states involving 180+ people. The project planned to touch 15 lakh potential trainees and more than 1000 training partners. Our clientele includes National Skill Development Corporation, McKinsey Social Initiatives and Institute of Computer Accountants.

- Citizens Engagement: Citizens Alliance conducted multi-stakeholder participative agenda setting exercise with the Government of Bihar. Bihar@2025 is one such initiative whereby we have conducted 40,000 village level meetings and touched 4 crore lives.

- CSR Initiatives: We work towards increasing value in on-going CSR activities and devising long-term CSR strategies in the domains of Rural Development, Sanitation and Waste Management, Healthcare and Education. Our client portfolio includes RPG, DLF Foundation, BASF, Max India Foundation, Prathama and DIC.

Who are we looking for :

We are looking to hire dynamic individuals to join our team. The individual will be responsible for:

- Research and data analysis

- Work closely with team members for project execution

- Maintain and update project work plans

- Manage and monitor logistics for rollout of project implementation

- Support senior team members in documenting project learnings on a regular basis for internal and external use

- Stakeholder Management

Skills and Competencies Required

- Experience in project coordination/operations preferred

- Ability to demonstrate a high degree of self-motivation and strategic thinking

- Ability to demonstrate drive, initiative and be pro-active

- Adopts a corporate approach to complex situations

Desired Candidate Profile

- Graduates from premier institutes only with 1 - 4 years of experience preferably in the development sector or consulting

- Should be willing to relocate and travel extensively across India
