Unit Head - Custody Operations :  Location : Mumbai  Grade /Level :C13 /Vice President.  Business Group : Operations and Technology  Reporting to : Securities Processing - Group Manager.  Role & Responsibilities:  - Managing day-to-day operations of the units, processes and controls  - People management and capacity planning  - Ensure client delivery as per SLA and defined timelines, timely action on client requirements and ability to deliver value added solutions  - Change management (Market/Regulatory/Client driven, etc.)  - Compliance with various regulations application to Custody Operations  - Lead process reviews, reengineering, standardization and automation initiatives  - Managing relationships with various internal and external stakeholders viz. business team, legal, compliance, regulators (RBI/SEBI/NSDL/CDSL), stock exchanges tech, vendors, etc.  - Manage audit deliverables and closure discussions  - Continually evaluate and improve efficiency, accuracy, quality control of workflow design, inquiry responsiveness, reduction of TAT, etc.  - Assisting and guiding the team members for complex transactions.  - Securities Services offers best in class Custodial Services to its inflow and domestic clients including Settlements, FX, Asset Servicing, etc.  Skills Required:  - Strong ability in effective planning and managing operations and people.  - Excellent understanding of operational risk, process, controls and regulatory requirements  - Focus on client delivery and value additions  - A self-starter, able to create and execute robust plans  - Flexible and willing to adapt to different environments  - Strong written and verbal communication skills  Qualification :MBA/ Chartered Accountant  Experience required:Minimum 8 years of overall experience including 3 years in Custody Operations.
