Conceptualize & Implement online decision engine for enablement of Payments banks and lending for spending (L4S)
Define and conduct market research to gain better understanding of the payment products industry, market forces, recent developments specially focusing on competition
Lead discussions on product construct; process design, features, marketing support and overall arrangement
Spearhead the task force for new product launch
Work closely with internal teams across Compliance, Legal, Operations, Risk and Marketing
The candidate should be adept to work cross in cross functional teams to guarantee smooth and efficient product delivery
Define and establish product vision, supporting business metrics and success indicators
Liaise with Technology to develop a platform for product/process design and delivery
Work extensively with finance to set up accrual logic and financial entries
Manage product costing and pricing monthly; ensure pricing grids are launched timely
Intricately plan the product go live- take the lead in planning the marketing, communication, acquisition, digital engagement and product delivery aspects
Set up seamless acquisition channels at CFIL for new cm acquisitions
Manage the product post launch focusing on engagement, acquisition ramp up, alliances and P/L metrics
Manage the end to end product life cycle
Premier B school graduate, with min 8-9 years of work experience
Understanding of regulatory and compliance domain
Effectively work with cross functional units
Ability to manage marquee partner relationships
Experience with Cards, consumer finance is required. Candidates should have product management experience in Cards and should have preferably executed projects with significant business impact.
