VAS – Head:-
- Managing the VAS vertical of business, and increasing the VAS contribution to business.
- To strategically plan with expertise in formulating promotional schemes and effectively implement business plans to achieve revenue and profitability norms.
- To have an ability to support and sustain a positive work environment that fosters team performance with strong communication and relationship management skills.
- Handling VAS- features like SMS, Voice & Data.
- Revenue Enhancement through Segmentation & VAS Schemes.
- Performance Monitoring of VAS products.
- Deployment, Strategy and Execution of the VAS products.
- Identify market requirements, Define product vision, and Co-ordinate product launches.
- Initiate/Ideate new product on conformance with telecom domain.
- Implement overall VAS product roadmap and product enhancement.
- Responsible for Costing with regard to Products.
- Responsible for validating the vendors Bills and timely payment to vendors.
- To have high Customer Satisfaction Levels for VAS products.
- Minimize the TAT for VAS complaint resolution.
- Complying with TRAI regulations for Value Added Services.
- Meet deadlines for changes proposed by TRAI.
