With continued expansion plans across the region, a new opportunity now exists for a proven HR professional to join the company to head the UP - west region based out of Lucknow.

Job Description :

- Reporting into the Director of HR, you will be responsible for managing and developing the HR function across the UP- West region.

- As one of the key members in the Indian HR Team, you will work as a true HR business partner to senior management and provide consultancy advice in addition to practical support on HR related matters such as recruitment, C&B, employee relations and performance management.

- You are also expected to manage the day-to-day HR operations across the region, as well as to assist and develop others through sound HR advice and support.

- The role will be a strategist and a communicator to plan and execute organizational and developmental initiatives to support company growth.

- In addition, you will review, revamp and localize the existing policies and procedures so as to accommodate the needs of region.

The Successful Candidate :

- To qualify, you will be degree educated with at least 8-12 years' HR generalist experience gained from a fast-paced and innovative environment.

- You will be a powerful influencer and team player with good attention to detail and the ability to respond effectively to stakeholders' requirements.

- Being able to prioritize tasks with a sense of urgency is essential. This will be complemented by strong business acumen and the ability to drive and lead change. Being creative and resourceful, high levels of professionalism and diplomacy will be required as well as exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
