We are a Leading Consumer Durable Company and have this opening for a Circle Head for Tamil Nadu region.

Circle Head - Job Description:

Business Plan Achievement: You will sign the business plan and achieve Sales target by ensuring correct product-mix availability.

Inventory Management: To ensure accurate stock forecasting, availability of stock as per norms and control stock ageing in coordination with Sales Admin.

Pricing [ASP & Schemes]: Ensure Proper scheme is communicated to channel partners and operate as per pricing norms.

AR Control: Ensure AR norms are within control and timely collections from Trade for smooth cash flow.

Internal Governance meeting with support departments: Conduct regular meetings and cordial relations with Support departments (service, logistics, accounts, marketing and others concerned) on pending issues and ensure time-bound closure for smooth functioning and maintain Minutes of reviews.

Network Expansion / Retention: Develop channel management strategies for expansion and retention of dealer base to achieve the targeted network expansion norms.

Market Visits: Understand market and trade by regular market visit to ensure and improve trade visibility and confidence.

Step Compliance: Monitoring market visit and tracking sales team through weekly governance report (STEP) for taking informed decision to fine tune the sales and marketing strategy for the region.

RM Governance report: Ensure weekly governance report is shared with COO as per governance guidelines.

Trade Opportunities & Weak Market Development Strategy: Identify trade opportunity by extracting desired business share from the list of identified trade partners with more than 1 lakhs population areas

Channel Productivity: To formulate brand-wise channel plan & ensure new channel development as per business requirement. Evaluate channel contribution & productivity to improve channel productivity.

Experience : 12+ Years of experience with good experience in Channel sales and 4+ years of experience in handling a Regional(State/States) role in FMCD/FMCG/Telecom/Tyres/Paints etc.

Education: Graduates with a Regular MBA.

Looking for local candidates preferably, who know the local language, Tamil.
