About our Client - Our client is an independently managed company offering passive infrastructure services to all telecom operators and other wireless services providers such as broadband service providers. This role will be based in Bangalore

Job Description - Reporting to the Circle CEO, your responsibilities will include:

- Responsible for the all Accounting, Finance, Taxation, Treasury, Audit Functions pertaining to the circle.

- Enhance Financial Performance by driving efficiencies in Circle operations including review of business performance against AOP targets, forecasting and AOP reviews.

- Implement efficient strategies to increase free cash flow to the organization through collaborating with Sales and Collections to reduce debtors, efficiency in managing circle capex, monitoring waste.

- Manage CAPEX spend within the budget.

- Tracking of CWIP and CAPEX at deleted /hold sites (Ensuring resolution within timelines)

- Implement controls, processes and mechanisms to ensure that financial resources are used judiciously and in line with business goals (includes all policies and manuals, authority limits, SOPs etc.).

- Monitor and implement financial and control systems to ensure responsiveness to business needs.

- Robust rent processing systems for all Indus and IRU sites with rent masters migrated to ISQ

- Preparation of site wise tracking of cost

- Ensure compliance to all statutory and regulatory requirements. Accurate and Auditable financial statements made available as per agreed time tables.

- Ensuring Timely reporting to corporate/Circle on the EBITDA Analysis, Forecasting and bridge plans

- Recruit the right talent and develop them through structured coaching initiatives.

- Work on the correct fitment and alignment of employees with functions and suggest movements and transitions where required.

The Successful Candidate:

- You are a CA with 8-12 years post qualification experience.

- You should we well versed with IGAAP, Taxation, Budgeting, Payables, Revenue accounting and Treasury.

- You should have a fair understanding of the business and must have good people management skills for driving the team and the peers towards business excellence.

- Must be assertive and have a collaborative and business partnering approach.
