Key Accountabilities and decision ownership

- Meet the circle's financial targets of Gross Revenue, Net Revenue, EBITDA and Cash Flow and ensure subscriber gross adds, churn and consequently net adds as per targets. In addition, deliver revenue and subscriber market share growth on a sustainable basis.

- Ensure adequate planning process and investments for the business to take it forward across various time horizons and teams

- Ensure other business parameters are met on Customer Service, Network and Sales are met as per plan all with a firm view to achieve customer focus within the organisation so as to ensure Customer Satisfaction

- Ensure Environment management and governance with respect to Regulatory/Compliance & HSW for uninterrupted Business delivery

- Create a congenial climate for superior Circle culture that fosters employee development, engagement and bench strength building
