This position reports into Global Head, Business Planning and Performance management who reports into COO. This is a new high visibility leadership role created by organisation to ensure delivery of performance.  Key Job responsibilities include:  - Formulate, implement and monitor short term & long term Business planning/ strategy for the group (including JVs and Subsidiaries)  - Work closely with all the P&L Heads to deliver performance. Design and implement interventions to keep performance on track  - Serve as the process owner for Performance Reporting  - Drive cross-functional performance improvement projects  - Streamline S&OP planning process to improve reliability, accuracy and efficiency  Experience and skills required: 2-5 year working experience in a corporate strategy/finance/ management consulting.  - Strong interpersonal and communications skills.  - Problem solving, planning & organizing skills  - Strong stakeholder management  - Ability to handle multiple workstreams independently  - Team worker  - Planning, scheduling and monitoring deliverables, within a stipulated   Qualification: MBA for Tier-1 B-school with good academic record
