Job Description  Portfolio Management:  Ensure optimal financial performance of the assigned product / brand portfolio by :  - Designing target product campaigns / promotional events.  - Rolling out campaigns / events on the field and customizing the same to address doctor's requirement  - Create Patient Education material / activities to create awareness and trust regarding the brand / product  - Monitor product performance on a continuous basis and recommend / implement correction measures whenever required.  - Continuously analysing competitor's practices to plan the way ahead for the product / brand  Training:  - Ensure skill / knowledge upgrade with respect to the product / therapy for field staff in order to effectively deliver product / brand communication to doctor / medical staff during in-clinic discussions  - Communicate the changes in promotion campaigns to the field staff on a regular basis through regular training / workshops  KOL Development & Field Work  - Develop KOL for the assigned therapy / sub- therapy area, utilize the existing KOLs to create therapy / product awareness in the industry in order to gain required credibility for prescriptions  - Interact with field staff on a regular basis, meet doctors to assess the impact of marketing campaigns on ground. Gather competitor information and adopt best practices. Utilize the collected data to understand Industry trends and changes required to continuously improve promotional campaigns / marketing initiatives  Therapy Experience: ENT and Respiratory only.  Education Qualification: Graduation (B. Pharma preferred) and MBA in Sales or Marketing (MUST)  Key Skills: Analytical Skills, Communication Skills, Therapy Knowledge
