Cipla - Marketing Quality Control Lead (8-15 yrs)
This is a newly established role that is primarily responsible for all quality aspects related to marketing materials and ensuring that they meet standardised specifications.
Reporting: Chief Marketing Officer, Cipla India Business
Areas of Responsibility:
The incumbent would be responsible for the following:
Implementation of Procedures:
- Refine the company’s marketing quality procedures, standards and specifications along with the internal stakeholders
- Implement and monitor all Quality Assurance systems to ensure compliance as per company’s guidelines
Stakeholder Management:
- Ensuring good relations and communications with all members of the team and respond in a timely fashion to internal and external customers
- Act as the main point of contact on all marketing quality matters
Ensure Adherence:
- Maintain and improve departmental operational performance, to meet the requirements of company Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) as well as external and internal customers, with respect to quality, service, lead time and cost.
- Manage all validation activities, including validation strategy and approval of protocols and reports
Update the Standards as per company’s operating procedures:
- Maintain an awareness of new and proposed legislation(s) that impact business and communicating any changes to the Senior Management Team
- Ensure that any ensuing communication, promotional material or presentations adhere to the new legislation
Key Deliverables:
- To ensure the successful delivery of business strategy and sales objectives, whilst adhering to high quality standards in all outputs
- To ensure standardization of developing, executing and monitoring across India
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Ideally a candidate who brings about 8-10 years’ experience with sound knowledge in a pharmaceutical company
- Extensive knowledge of Industry best practices.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to influence at a senior management level
- Strong collaboration skills, and experience in mobilizing cross-functional teams made up of internal and external constituents
- Proven listening, negotiating and influencing skills
- Strong analytical and problem solving ability with a proven ability to “think on the feet”
- Excellent project management and presentation skills
