Cipla - Manager - Talent Acquisition - Manufacturing & Quality Business Unit (6-8 yrs)
Job Responsibilities :
- Managing all hiring activities for the assigned BU - (Manufacturing & Quality)
- Leveraging Cost-Effective Sourcing platforms including IJP's, Employee Referrals & Social Media Platforms.
- Accountable for all recruitment metrics like on time hires, cost per hire, source mix, offer to joining ratios, D&I and quality of hires and understand how to prioritize to hit all customer SLAs.
- Publishing & managing the MIS / Dashboards and sharing the same on a weekly basis
- Effectively source suitable candidates from various sources (using social media, networking, job sites, Head hunting, Industry mapping etc.)
- Managing the overall recruitment process for the business (scheduling interviews, extending offers, follow-up etc.) with robust reporting to ensure that the recruitment processes adhere to quality guidelines.
- Present candidates to functional heads/ hiring managers and drive the selection process to closure. Manage relationships with key stakeholders (senior management, external vendors, candidates, etc.) to exceed expectations
- Negotiating compensation/levels in order to get candidates at optimum cost
- Counseling the candidate on corporate benefits, salary, and corporate environment.
Ideal Candidate profile :
- A minimum of 6-8 years experience in Talent Acquisition
- Ideally should have a comprehensive understanding of Healthcare, Pharmaceuticals industry
- Should be self-driven & have a can do attitude. Should independently manage the entire gamut of TA process
- Strong Communication & inter Personal skills
- Ability to think out of the box & propose innovative approaches to a problem
