Cipla - Manager - Learning & Development - Functional Academy (6-10 yrs)
Position : Manager Functional Academy
Department : Learning & Development(L&D)
Function : HR
Reports to : Head L&D at Cipla
Location : Lower Parel, Mumbai
Experience Required : 6 - 10 years in HR where at least 4 years in L&D
Job Description :
- Support in setting up of functional academies in all specified areas as per the target time line
- Project manage the launch of academies by having a clear launch plan and glide path
- Ensure required resources are on board for an academy to go live
- Support in socializing the launch plan with all key stake holders in that domain
- Check that the requirements are fulfilled as per the charter
- Give go ahead for launch and ensure launch as per specified guidelines
- Support all functional academies in their on-going operations
- Extend support with respect to resources - budget, infrastructure, human resource etc. where needed
- Facilitate design and branding support to functional academies by coordinating with the respective central L&D teams
- Support L&D Head in review and monitoring of academies on a regular basis
- Curriculum reviews to ensure that the same is robust
- Generate consolidated monthly report and facilitate monthly reviews based upon the MIS to identify areas of strength and improvement and offer support
- Support in conducting periodical audits across the organization
- As a functional learning expert ensure sharing of external best practices and benchmarks with the rest of the team
- Research and share information on best practices in this domain
- Facilitate in conducting sessions by external L&D experts as well as visits by the domain academy teams to other good academies
- Support in driving the agenda of building technical leadership for the organization
- Support in fulfilling / addressing needs of strategic functional requirements for senior leaders
- Partner with external institutes, both domestic as well as international, for this purpose
- Drive the cross functional capability building process
- Identify areas for cross functional capability building process in line with the strategic priorities of the organization
- Design and execute cross functional capability building programmes
- Support L&D Head in driving Learning Operations Council
Ensure periodical conduct of learning operations council as a means of ensuring
- Deep focus on capability building in all parts of the organization
- Knowledge sharing and synergies between the different parts
