New Product Portfolio Management  Educational requirements:  - B-Pharma/ M-Pharma   - MBA preferably in marketing  Responsibilities  - Identifying newer molecules for development and launch after a thorough analysis of the Medical and Marketing feasibility.  - Coordination of In-Licensing activities within the company and with the Licensor.  - Responsible for co-ordination of all activities of Business development department   - Evaluating the performance of company in the markets currently present vis-à-vis the performance of the competitors.  - Assessment of various In-Licensing opportunities in terms of Clinical advantage and market potential (through market survey and interaction with key opinion leaders)  - Preparation of business plans for the In-Licensing proposals after establishing initial contact.  - Evaluation and assessment of various new product opportunities (Molecules / Combinations that can be launched for the first time in the country and first time by the company)   - Propose identified molecules / compounds with back-up data to the marketing and convince them for development of the same for launching in India as well as in unprotected overseas markets.  - Coordinate and follow up with all teams involved in the development of the new formulation (teams such as R & D, Regulatory team, Product Management team, Marketing team, financial team, Quality, Supply chain, etc.) and manage the entire project to ensure the timely and successful launch of the new product.  - Devised a format to conduct monthly new product meetings to track all new product projects through each stage of product development cycle.  - Coordinate with the entire Business development team in analyzing the market and competition to identify opportunities for strategic alliances.  - Have been involved in drafting a number of templates like Business Plan Templates, Negotiation Template, and Financial Templates for streamlining the process of In-Licensing.
