We operate with a BioTec and entrepreneurial combining the best of a start-up and the focus dedication of a successful Indian based pharmaceutical company.  - Cipla BioTec Management team brings over 120 years of experience into the biologics space.  You can visit http://www.ciplabiotec.com/ for more details.  Job Responsibilities :  Talent Acquisition Strategy : Define and implement optimal talent acquisition strategies, with clear accountability for end to end talent acquisition for the organisation   Employer Branding : Define & improvise on Employer Branding & Value propositions using all mediums including Social media  Sourcing : Effectively source suitable candidates from various sources (using social media, networking, job sites, campus recruitment, etc.) Strategize & execute Campus relationship strategy  Selection : Shortlist the best candidates using optimal selection techniques (interviews, assessment centers, tests, psychometric profiling, etc.)  Client Management : Present candidates to functional heads/ hiring managers and drive the selection process to closure. Manage relationships with key stakeholders (senior management, external vendors, candidates, etc.) to exceed expectations  Candidate management : Negotiate with candidates and close discussions effectively. Maintain relationships with candidates until they get on boarded  Benchmarking : Work with other functions within HR to help in achieving organisational HR strategies (e.g. Provide inputs on market compensation and other trends, candidate mapping and movements, market intelligence on people practices, competitor information, etc.)  Ideal Candidate profile :  - A minimum of 6-8 years experience in Talent Acquisition  - Ideally should have a comprehensive understanding of Healthcare, Pharmaceuticals or Biotechnology industry  - Should be self-driven & have a can do attitude.
