JOB DESCRIPTION  Process Improvement  - Identify and recommend process improvements to current MIS, established procedures, forms and workflows to improve reporting efficiency and consistency  - Produce and support existing reports and processes  - Monitor implementation of MIS processes and evaluate their effectiveness  - Automation of data collation, validation, analysis and reporting mechanism for standard reports agreed with various stakeholders  Data Collation  - Collate data from business and HR information systems across Employee Life Cycle on a regular basis   Report Generation  - Translate stakeholders requirements and provide appropriate reports and analysis  - Generate both periodic and ad hoc reports as needed  - Standardize and streamline a data collation, validation, analysis and reporting mechanism  - Prepare variance reports such as forecast v/s actuals   SKILLS REQUIRED:  Professional Skills & Abilities  - Strong MS Office skills (especially on MS Excel – proficient on VLookup, Macros, Pivot tables etc.)  - Strong co-ordination skills  - Ability to think and analyze data logically  - Ability to review and comprehend complex data and follow complex instructions  Soft Skills & Abilities  - Willingness to learn  - Excellent team player  - Self-motivated, driven, strong commitment and result oriented  - High energy and be adaptable to change and ambiguity  - Good Communication Skills  EXPERIENCE:   2-4 years experience in analyst position (preferably HR analytics)
