- Develop the IT strategy for the Group of Hospitals and lead IT initiatives at both individual unit and corporate level.   - Evaluate and implement critical and large scale IT systems with the strategy of bringing in consistency and efficiency across the Group  - Ensure latest techniques and trends in the field of Information Technology and work collaboratively with companies to review their existing IT infrastructure and processes and recommend upgrades/changes to meet their business needs.  - Establish the IT Security Policy through architecture design, training support and periodic audit checks. Design disaster recovery and BCP policy and guidelines  - Minimize Cost with periodic review of hardware and software procurement and maintenance contracts to ensure cost benefit optimization.  - Build and maintain strong relationships and alliances with key internal and external stakeholders and ensure results are delivered on time.  - Minimum 12 - 15 years of total experience in large/mid sized Hospital chain with latest IT systems and infrastructure and should have handled at least 2-3 units  - BE/B Tech (Computer Science/IT/similar)& MBA desirable with Strong academic background (grades, institutions) and exposure to HIS is must.  Reach : Gupta MK 9810332114
