Role: Job Description:  Talented, results-producing senior marketing professional with a proven record of accomplishment in planning and leading healthcare marketing strategies in support of business goals and objectives. Should be expertise in directing the creation of healthcare marketing tools and steering the execution of marketing programmes. Should be expert in direct-marketing, public relations, media planning & buying, with the ability and skill set to provide creative, innovative, enthusiastic and forward-thinking leadership in a team environment. Focusing on achieving continuous, improving business performance.  - Develop and implement a strategic marketing plan that will support the organization to drive in new and overseas clients and by retaining the existing ones.   - Design and develop and launching the plans and execute them successfully for the upcoming clinics, introduce overseas centres within the region.  - Should have expertise in digital platform. Should have hiring expertise of the digital marketing communication platform that monitor and support the functions of the design and social media team.   - Implement the content marketing strategies in the marketing plan.   - You will be responsible for launching new doctors and developing a strategy for them, highlighting their unique selling points and introducing them in the market.   - You will be responsible for developing policies, standards and guidelines that supports and governs the use of marketing communication material by internal and external stakeholders including print and digital material, advertising, branding, positioning and public relations. Developed the brand identity and architecture for all the entities within the group.  - Responsible for media relations and public relations functions. Have fulfilled the role of a media spokesperson whenever it was required. You will be responsible to manage strong external communication and manage the media and other partner's request.   - Social media and content based engagement: create an expert community portal for channel partners. Managing the portal and development of a content plan and managing regular engagement.  - Core capabilities in marketing & branding and the entire product launch and go to market lifecycle   Education / experience : MBA with 12+ years experience in marketing, brand strategy, sales & distribution. Experience in Healthcare/Pharma/FMCG will be an added advantage.
