The role is responsible for ensuring positive Employee relations, Performance Management and Organization Development positive work environment in the Organization.  Organization Development:  - Design and conduct annual and need based internal diagnostics and survey to support the OD agenda and to make the company a great place to work.   - Design and implement developmental programs while working with Business and HR leaders.   - Design and implement programs to attain employees change and transformation agenda.   - Design and partner with Business HR to implement interventions at Individual, team and Business Unit level that would enable address talent related priorities and challenges.  - Drive internal employee communication in a creative fashion to cascade down culture and talent development related content.  Employee Relations:  - Design, implement, administer and communicate employee policies, procedures, guidelines related to global workforce practices.  - Drive the culture of Compliance and Integrity.  - Own and manage all the compliance related to people in line with the requirement of regulatory bodies.  - Collaborate with external stakeholders related to employees.  - Take responsibility for internal controls and risk plans, front end related internal and external audits.   - Provide supervision and direction to the shared services team to ensure timely and good quality service.  - Design and manage talent engagement initiatives both work related and beyond work related.  - Own and drive the beyond work employee participatory council.  - Act as liaison for legal related matters pertaining to people.  Performance Management:  - Design and Set up a strong Performance Management and Total Rewards system in alignment with objectives, priorities and philosophy of Cigniti.  - Performance: Design suitable and strong Performance Management system that drives high performance culture and differentiation.  - Compensation: Design, implement and manage compensation programs including periodic salary benchmarking, hikes that are market competitive.  - Benefits: Design, administer and communicate Benefits to attract and retain talent.  - Rewards and Recognition: Collaborate with Business and Functions to understand the business context to design and implement cost based and no cost based rewards.  - Provide guidance and advance on pay decisions, Total rewards related policies to business HR for effective implementation and solve related problems that come up.  - Develop and Manage annual Budgets related to Total Rewards.  Skills and Competencies:  - Good Understanding of Statutory requirements,  - Ability to design and customize interventions in line with the Business Priorities and requirements   - Ability to design and administer policies in line with the current industry and regulatory trends.  - Ability to naturally collaborate with different stake holders and develop subject matter expertise in given area.  - Good Understanding of various PMS Models and ability to design and customize to a given organization context  - Good Understanding of Total Rewards Compensation, Pay, Benefits, Rewards, Recognitions, Incentives   - Understanding of legislative elements related to Pay, compensation, Benefits.  - Ability to naturally collaborate with different stake holders and develop subject matter expertise in given area.  - Good Analytical and problem solving skills.
