CignaTTK Health Insurance - Senior Manager - Valuation & Reporting - Actuarial

The person would report directly to Appointed Actuary and would be responsible for :

- Valuation of reserves for claims, unexpired risks and future product benefits

- External and internal reporting of financial condition of the company

- Monitor solvency position of the company and monitor the capital management framework to ensure solvency of the company is maintain at all times

- Liaison with finance team for preparation and reconciliation of the financial statements

- Liaison with Cigna global actuarial team for reviews, validation of models and internal reports

- Build and maintain reserving models

- Set-up policies for reserving for the company and perform reviews and interviews to ensure that the policies are adhered to

- Manage a team of actuarial students in the function

Eligibility Criteria :

- 8-10 years of actuarial experience in Indian industry(life or non-life)

- Associate Actuary or nearly qualified actuary

- Advanced analytical, research and problem solving skills

- Strong technical skills in Excel, SQL, Access and Visual Basic applications

- Working knowledge of SAS (preferably)
