Job Title: Joint Vice President - Bureau Operations  Department: Operations   Reports To: Chief Operating Officer  Role & Responsibilities :   - Be responsible for the operational activities data upload, batch/enquiry processing, member access, data correction and support for all data repositories at TUCIBIL.  - Manage data acquisition and data quality and performance for the consumer, commercial, detect, mortgage and NSF repositories.  - Identify improvements and suggest changes and enhancements to business applications and bureau match logic  - Owner of member facing documents and their version control  - Own the change management process and provide UAT sign off on system, application and bureau match logic changes.  - Must have deep understanding and own the business application functionality   - Strong focus on business needs and excels in implementation and execution   - Should develop good relationships with internal and external stake holders   - Be a solution seeker and share ideas with the management on achieving key business goals   - Should be able to anticipate challenges, escalate the issues for review and provide proactive solutions   - Co-ordination with customers to resolve queries / problems   - Interacting with technical partners and suggest improvements/changes/enhancements in the application aligning with the business goals   - Mentor, retain and develop a highly motivated operations team   - Create a strong framework of process control ensuring that all process are followed and complied with.  Qualifications  - B.E /MBA or MCA from reputed universities  - 10 -14 years relevant experience in managing business + IT operation  - Analytics skill will be added advantage  Skills and Competencies Required :   - Strong Leadership and team management skills   - Domain knowledge in Banking/Finance/Credit Bureau is essential   - Understanding of the functionality and core competency of Credit Bureau operation   - Should be hands on doing UAT and handling data management and ware housing tools   - Strong communication skills and displays confidence in day to day interaction   - Self-motivated and fast learner   - Must be familiar with Database operations   - Should be able to manage crisis situations and able to provide workaround solutions
