Head - HR /CHRO  Be Part of Leadership Team at the organization .   Working with founder and core team to bring the organization to next level of culture and productivity through a strong peoples framework.   - Lead the entire HR function, which encompassed managing the talent acquisition, management and employee relations portfolios.   - Establish Organization development and transformation efforts. Devise strategies on people development initiatives   - Develop organization strategies by identifying and researching human resources issues.   - Establish human resources objectives in line with organizational objectives.   - Experience rolling out and implementing Continuous Feedback and 360 performance review programs, designed to create an open line of communication and drive high performance across the organization.   - Implementing human resources strategies by establishing department accountabilities and matrix with strategic partnership of business   - Setting up processes to ensure the smooth functioning of the business.   - Lead employee relations & retention through Employee Engagement Initiatives.   - Guiding management and employee actions by researching, developing, writing, and updating policies, procedures, methods, and guidelines; communicating and enforcing organization values.   - Compiling with federal, state, and local legal requirements by studying existing and new legislation; anticipating legislation; enforcing adherence to requirements; advising management on needed actions.   Requirements :   - Experience at Leadership or strategic role with present organization.   8+ years of experience working in People Growth/ Talent Management / Human Resources, preferably in a high-growth startup environment or some great companies to work for.   - MBA/PGDM from a premier institute XLRI,TISS,Symbiosis or equivalent institute .   - Experience with newest generation of HRIS/ATS/HRM systems
