Role Summary: As a Government Relations Manager working very closely with the Head of GR the person will be responsible for coordination and liaison activities in key ministries in the Government of India, State Govt. of Delhi, Haryana.
Help in developing good relations with top officials (Commissioner and Secretary Level) in a wide range of departments in the Govt. of India, State Govt. of Haryana.
Responsible for all Government Affairs work for the various projects of the company, Support, Advise on Major Policy related matters as well as control over the real estate statutory compliance team.
Support local area infrastructure development, site based transportation, development of infrastructure and utilities, land purchase, statutory compliances etc.
Proactive communication/Liaise with Stakeholders (public and private ) in regions of operation. Create, source and analyse opportunities for land purchase/development and pass the same to the Land purchase teams for final purchase
Education: Full time Graduate/Post Graduate degree in Civil/Policy Affairs from a reputed college
