CTO (Chief Technology Officer)

One of our ecommerce clients based in Gurgaon is looking out for a CTO (Chief Technology Officer) who can provide technical leadership and training for the rest of the company. The CTO will be responsible for overseeing all technical aspects of the Product.

Role:

- Provide technical leadership, manage the entire stack and lead tech efforts for all product releases

- Hands-on with coding

- Build and inspire a top-notch engineering team

- Work closely with the founders, actively participate in business discussions and provide innovative tech solutions

- Lead the organization and leverage cutting edge technology to meet business objectives.

- Help and build Web & Mobile Platforms, Mobile/Tablet Apps, sophisticated Personalization and Recommendation Engine.

Ideal Experience:

- Someone with 10-12 years of experience looking to work in an exciting, start-up

Experience with full stack web development using LAMP architecture, PHP on Zend 2 Framework or similar advanced MVC framework, jquery, Etc.

- Experience on Android / iOS app development

- Good understanding of data modeling/ algorithms; be comfortable working with Data Science, analytics teams.

- Familiarity and past experience with writing web services, security issues, payment gateway implementations.

- Bring a good ethic around what is good UX, Mobile UI, or having worked with designers.

- Familiarity with modern design patterns and best practices.

- Understanding of IOT platforms a plus
