Look at our current business model and businesses processes then develop the ideal tech/engineering strategy to suit the same.   - Make vs Buy decisions for Tech   - Tech budgeting   - Build the team   - Collaboration with third parties and building API's with companies such as Uber, Ola, Maruti MGP, Honda Parts etc.   - Build a next generation smart database of auto-parts   Key Competencies We are looking at:   1. Should have the appetite for leadership and hunger to do something outstanding  2. Strong managerial and administrative capability, project management, timelines, discipline  3. Experience and knowledge of e-commerce, order management, supply chains etc.   4. Experience and knowledge of automotive technologies such as OBD, Autonomous vehicles, Connected car etc. are useful but not necessary  5. This will be largely hands-on role and would require building a strong team.
