Candidates from start-up environment preferred.  Position : CTO  Education : B.Tech/ MCA from a good Institute  Experience : 10 - 15 Years experience preferably with start-ups.  Location : Gurgaon (Delhi/ NCR candidates preferred)  Compensation : Competitive and commensurate with candidate caliber and experience  Role Responsibilities and Desired Profile :  - Candidate should be a hard-core technology person, having 10+ years of experience on multiple development platforms, like on Windows using dot net and SQL server; on Linux/ Unix using PhP, Perl, Ruby, MySQL, Mongodb, PostgresDB; Mobile app platforms, etc.   - 360 degre knowledge of mobile application development on Android, iOS, Windows phone and Blackberry.   - Application and backend development on Windows using dot net and SQL server hosted on AWS.  - Candidate should be a hardcore technology person, not just an architect but with actual coding/ programming skills, preferably living in Gurgaon.   - Exposure to start-ups preferred.  - Should be conversant with vagaries, challenges, and demanding work environment of a start-up.  If you are looking for a cushy, comfortable, 9 to 5 job, this role is not for you.  Pradeep K.
