As the Chief Technology Officer, you will evaluate and identify appropriate technology platforms for revamping the existing site and app so as to deliver the company's services. You will be the Tech Co-founder and will be expected to meet the investors on behalf of the company apart from the technology-related duties. You will be responsible for overseeing all the technical aspects and technological resources of the company.

Our client offers application based health care service in the area of medical transportation with an objective to provide healthcare services at your fingertips. It is aimed at providing timely medical aid to people and address trauma and unwarranted critical/non-critical emergencies along with unique medical taxi for senior citizens and differently abled people.

The company was born out of a realization that the market for medical transportation and ambulances is a highly unorganized and fragmented market and lacks transparency and standardization leading to a sub-optimal experience for the customers. With this insight mind, the founders started the company with a vision to create an online aggregation platform for the medical transport industry on similar lines to Uber.

You would be expected to take care of the following responsibilities as the Chief Technology Officer:

- Evaluate and buy/outsource strategy to deliver high quality product under time and budget constraints

- Identify relevant technology trends that would contribute to the success of the company

- Bring to the table strong technical ability - both to code and manage a team

- Build and lead a technology team of engineers and designers

- Make business decisions including meeting investors for fund raising and interacting closely with customers so as to continuously enhance the UI / UX through appropriate technology platform.

- Evaluate new technology and makes recommendations on technological solutions

- Use technological assets to help ease use for employees and clients

- Build, lead & manage the entire tech team going forward

Candidate Profile:

- Should be a hands-on coder across full stack development

- Interest in Marketplace/E commerce and prior experience will be preferable

- Should be from a top engineering college IIT/NIT/BITS/DCE/VJTI or a similar reputed institution

- Prior startup experience is mandatory

- Entrepreneurial spirit

Experience: 3 to 6 years

Annual CTC: Rupees 15,00,000 to 22,50,000
