We are a healthcare technology venture set out to disrupt the psychological wellness/mental health provision. We are based out of Mumbai with medical co-founders who have significant healthcare experience in India and internationally, alongside expertise in building and running large scale healthcare businesses and delivering health online. We are looking for an energetic techie to join our founding team.

The team:

The founders have nearly 30 years of experience in the psychological wellness space and have worked both in India and abroad. We have significant experience of delivering psychological wellness online and are now translating this into a scalable platform. Our in-house technology team has already built and launched phase I of our product plan and we are now looking to execute the next stage of our business which includes an extensive and exciting product roadmap.

Key responsibilities :

- Core member of the founding team and lead on all the technical aspects of the venture

- Lead the further development and delivery of technical roadmap taking into account the need to build or integrate products and platforms that adequately balance the need for speed to market, scalability and differentiation

- End to end responsibility for the product from technology selection to architecture design, server-side responsibilities and delivery as per agreed timelines.

Qualifications :

Tech leader from a premier institute with significant development experience

Experience :

- Superior design thinking with high bar for quality standards

- Tried their hands at front end development (HTML, CSS, AngularJS)

- Advanced level skills framework design and back-end technologies (RoR, PHP, NodeJs, Java, MySQL, MongoDB) cloud programs and server tech

- Sound understanding of app development frameworks (iOS & Android)

- Previous responsibility for web and mobile platforms, communication platforms, data warehouses, billing and payment platforms, recommendation engines, experimentation platforms etc.

- Identify technology trends and evolving social behaviour to enable venture success
