Excellent opportunity for Chief Technology Officer for E-commerce, startup venture

We are hiring Chief Technology Officer, for E-commerce startup venture for Mumbai location.

Note : Candidates passed out from IIT are eligible for this position. (Mandatory)

Skills Needed:-

- 10-12 years of IT experience out of which at least 3-4 years in managing the IT function of an organization

- B. Tech. from IIT (Mumbai, Chennai, Kanpur, Delhi, Kharagpur)

- Preference for start-up experience especially in the area of greenfield project/solution implementations

- Technically sound and knowledgeable about technology developments with a focus on mobile and SAAS

- Experience in architecting complex IT solutions and Project Management

- People management and mentoring skills

Roles & responsibilities:-

- Introduce new systems and/or introduce changes in existing systems to align with changing business/technology needs

- Ensure that the IT backbone lays out a strong foundation for the continued growth of the company's business

- Propose and develop effective technology solutions such that big and bold business initiatives can be executed smoothly

- Work with solution partners to arrive at innovative solutions to address business problems

- Lead IT solution implementations with the help of best in class external solution partners

- Play a key role in the negotiations for procurement of IT solutions/infrastructure
