Position: Chief Technology Officer (CTO)

Job Description

A leadership role with primary responsibility of building a world class business as head of the technology function

Primary Responsibilities

- Lead the organization in leveraging cutting edge technology to meet business objectives

- Develop product release plan along with team members (based on business need & in alignment with product strategy) and ensure delivery as per release plan

- Deliver product releases : Manage risks, dependencies, quality issues, delivery and integration timelines

- Contribute individually as well as manage team/ vendors

- Manage technology infrastructure

Experience

- 8 - 12 years of commercial experience in web application development using php, Java, Apache, MySQL and / or other software development

- Experience of the full software development lifecycle: from requirements gathering and functional specification authoring, to development, testing and delivery
