All content is sourced directly from designers, vendors, and photographers. Users can engage with the platform to search for, save, and share Indian wedding ideas. They can create private boards, get input from family friends, or even contact vendors directly for hire. The company's vision is to be the one-stop destination for high-quality content for Indian weddings, with strong brand partnerships, a seamless user experience, and a sustainable business model. The company launched publicly in late 2014, and is launching a curated marketplace for weddings in the first-half of 2015.

Role Description

They are looking to hire someone to fill the role of Chief Technology Officer (CTO) at Indear. The CTO will be responsible for the overall technical planning and architecture of the site, building and maintaining an e-commerce platform, managing related applications, and will also be responsible for building and managing the technology team. The ideal candidate would be an innovative thinker who is passionate about the company, product development, and growing the business.

The candidate should have at least 5+ years in internet product management experience. This includes prior experience on e-commerce sites (front end), using Magento. Expertise in e-commerce and Magento is essential, and familiarity with PHP is desirable. The candidate should have Bachelor's degree in Computer Science / Engineering.
