- Establish Web project scope by studying strategic business drivers; discovering and validating business and technical requirements and parameters; obtaining input from subject-matter experts; examining and recommending changes to current business practices; developing and writing proposals.

- Be able to develop Web solution by formulating objectives; planning project life-cycle deliverables and resource availability and application; preparing installation and modification specifications; leading the exploration, evaluation, and design of technical solutions.

- Implement Web solution by monitoring project progress; tracking action items; conducting design and implementation reviews; examining, researching, and resolving issues; escalating issues to appropriate authority; responding to team members' concerns; coordinating requirements with interested departments.

- Define the Technical requirements for new and existing services.

- Ensure the continued scalability of the platform by identifying potential bottlenecks at an early stage, refactoring existing features where needed and making sure new features scale horizontally.

- Minimum 10 year - 15 years experience in PHP Projects using Magento (CE/EE).

- BS degree (Business, MIS, Engineering, MBA from Tire 1 colleges or other technology preferred).

- Minimum 5+ years in a Web/E-Commerce development practice.

- Minimum 5 years of Project Management experience.

- Strong working knowledge of development life cycle management.

- Experience working with on/off-shore teams to produce quality and timely results.

- Ability to organize teams; focus on best practices, regarding company processes, coding standards and quality assurance.

- Experience on any E-Commerce domain.

- Programming in multiple languages (PHP, asp, .net, java, flash, etc.)

- Must have a good understanding of Apache, MySQL, Linux, API, etc.

- Working knowledge of Magento, E-commerce, Wordpress, HTML and SQL.

- In partnership with the company founders, identify opportunities and risk for delivering the company's services as a web-based business, including identification of competitive services, opportunities for innovation, and assessment of marketplace obstacles and technical hurdles to the business success.

- Technical knowledge of web based technologies across desktop, tablets & mobile.
