I am hiring someone to be Chief Technology Officer -- in other words: full-time long-term Co founder -- of my little five person company.

Who-

Someone experienced in ANDROID/IOS and web development

What-

What that really means is:

Get - Tech- in order: Help answer fundamentals of technology blocks to be used, choice of certain platform/tech over other, helping team visualize product with the available resources and assets. Product Innovation through Research and continuous improvement.

What does it pay-

Just Equity and Survival money in Bangalore.

Where-

I'm in Bangalore but it does matter you have to be in Bangalore

Why-

I have a tendency to try to do it all myself. I need to delegate it all to you -- (which you then delegate to others) -- so I can focus on business Development and acquisition, mostly offline but connected.

When-

I don't know if I'm going to get 10 or 10,000 offers, so please be patient for my reply. I'm ready to hire immediately, though if you need a little while to get out of a situation, that's OK. The sooner the better.
