Chief Technology Officer - BFSI - IIT/NIT/BITS

A Newly founded takeover venture is looking for a Chief Technology Officer.

The incumbent shall be responsible for setting the entire landscape for the IT and Technology division.

- Will be responsible to Consolidate technology platforms and create plans for future

- One shall be responsible for putting across the technological agenda in staff meetings and when making hiring decisions

- Maintain current knowledge of technology landscape and developments

- Track, analyze and monitor technology performance metrics

- Identify new areas of digital marketing opportunities and create plans to implement them

- Take the initiative in thought leadership, innovation and creativity

- Spearhead IT projects to increase market reach and better the USP

- Oversee all system design and changes in system architecture

We are looking for someone:

- With 15+ years of work experience

- Who has grown from a Software / Applications platform

- Hails from Premier Engineering Colleges

- Currently working in the capacity of CTO / Head - Technology.
