Need good tech developer with relevant experience in e-commerce setup to join our team as a CTO / Co-founder. Substantial Equity will be provided to the right fit.

Product information:

Product is specifically targeting a particular segment in beauty and wellness industry and currently works on Listing of various outlets.

Type / skills / profession looking for:

- Should have experience in e-commerce/Internet start up.

- Managing and directing website technical structure, design & aesthetics, navigation, information architecture, performance

- Should know technologies like PHP, ruby on rails or python frameworks.

- Some front-end experience will be added advantage

- Should be able to build a strong team, handle and motivate them.

- Should also be able to develop other products like mobile apps etc.

- Identify technology trends and evolving social behaviour that may support or impede the success of the business.

- Build backend tools to automate business processes for marketing, customer service, production, management, etc, and lead timely response to feature requests from internal users and dev features.

- Managing Team of SEO, PPC, SEM, Affiliate Marketing.

- Should demonstrates ability to think outside the box.

- Should be a results-oriented individual, with a strong will to win.

- Should be open to contribute in other areas like Business Development, Marketing etc.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or other related field (or has equivalent work experience).
