We are India's hottest start up funded by Tiger Global looking at expanding our team in sales. We are looking for the following result oriented professionals to build from scratch our Services business.

Role : Chief Services Officer

Location : Noida

Client : Very well funded (raised series C)

Head, Services Business

We are looking for a dynamic leader with 12-15 years of experience, who will be leading the Services business. Person shall be responsible for growing and leading the service business nationally. Should have relevant experience and exposure along with a proven track record.

Key Responsibilities :

- Formulating the overall services strategy, defining objectives, identifying new opportunities for growth and achieving the set business targets for the company month on month.

- Drive and execute our strategic accounts program and provide recommendations and strategies that support key business metrics.

- Ensuring effective management of the account base by planning the correct level of resourcing and appropriate team structure.

- Effectively network with C-Level client contacts to drive the vision and value in partnering for a successful long-term partnership.

- Will be responsible to lead partnerships with large brands /OEMs/Retail chains to integrate our offerings with them.

- Responsible for building from scratch the services team recruit and detail a professional sales force nationally.

- Lead a team of regional service heads to deliver and surpass both sales, financial and customer experience targets.

- Closely monitor, review and report business performance to ensure its growth and expansion

- Develop, sustain and nurture relationships with third party partners, channel partners and corporate partners to drive sales.

- Work with the product teams, operations team, alliances team to deliver results month on month.

- Planning and monitoring of team recruitment, optimizing team structure and ensuring high retention of team in 3 layers of about 25-50 people

- Devising appropriate performance incentive structure and sales promotion schemes.

Desired Profile :

Qualification :

- MBA/PG /B-Tech from reputed institution.

- 12-15 plus years of experience managing Enterprise sales and multi-location services team reporting to him/her.

- Candidates from Consumer durables industry will be given preference.

- Last 2 years experience in managing enterprise sales team of more than 25-50 personnel having 3-4 layers of hierarchy.

- Start-up experience would be an added plus.

- Ability to roll up their sleeves and get work done.

- Leadership Always focused on doing what's right for the business. High energy, passion and high level of enthusiasm.

- Willing to take on the tough projects and challenges to grow the business. Creates an environment where others want to follow. Governs themselves with unquestionable ethics and unswerving integrity.
