Chief Scientist - Big Data (15-20 yrs)
The position will design, develop and deploy state-of-the-art, data-driven predictive models to solve business problems using the latest and most appropriate technologies in machine learning, statistical modeling and Operations Research.
- She or he will participate in the full range of xxx activities: consulting engagements, new product development, and/or research initiatives.
- Main responsibilities include training and developing junior analytics staff, developing analytic solutions, analyzing industrial-size data sets to determine suitability for model building; cleaning and filtering data; identifying patterns and extracting features; selecting variables; experimenting with algorithms; analyzing model performance; and preparing communications with internal and external clients.
- Work will require effective coordination of global analytic resources, software development, clients, and business consultants.
Some travel might be required to client locations.
