Role Description :

- Chief Product Officer / Head Products will be responsible for driving the product strategy and executing the Business/Customer need by integrating with the Technology/ Engineering Teams.

- He/she will be responsible for driving the product definition, requirements, design and delivery of new and/or adaptation of current offerings for markets.

- The role will be responsible for delivering high quality, innovative solutions which delight the customers, adopted by the market and competitively differentiated.

- The incumbent will be responsible for managing timely deliverables by working with cross functional teams.

- As a senior member of the management team, he/she will be an Out of the Box thinker, conceptualize new product ideas and deliver them to customers.

- He will enhance user experience and customer stickiness.

Desired Skills / Experience :

- Engineering background and preferably a MBA with at least 10+ years of experience.

- Digital Products background is preferred.

- Experience with all stages of the product lifecycle from product conceptualization till implementation.

- Proven ability to build teams and lead organizations in a rapidly growing environment with a minimum of 3 years managing product managers

- Analytic & strong problem-solving capabilities evidenced by a proven ability to quantitatively and qualitatively analyze product concepts, strategic opportunities and competitive threats.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with demonstrated ability to motivate and influence executives, business leaders, and technology leaders within a matrixed organization.

- Understand the role of technology and its impact in providing great customer experience

Compensation structure : The structure would be base + variable bonus
