Job Description/responsibilities :
- Part of the Operations management team reporting to the Operations manager of the company.
- Responsible to manage a call center pharmacy service, as part of a MNC new initiative in India
- Responsible to setup (define position, working scripts, recruit pharmacists) and manage a pharmacist's team as part of a call center.
- Will need to set specific KPIs to evaluate performance of all related activities.
Requirements :
- B. pharm (M. pharm / MBA - advantage) - a licensed pharmacist
- Healthcare industry working experience of 5 - 10 years preferably in either pharmacy chain or hospital pharmacy as a pharmacy or in similar healthcare systems positions
- Managerial experience of - 5 years in any healthcare systems operations.
- Experience in the online/digital healthcare systems - call center work/management, drugs delivery logistics management - a significant advantage
- Based in Mumbai and willing to travel if required
- Fluent English - talking and writing
- Independent, open minded and willing to work in dynamic environment
- A person of details and high quality performance standards (minimum mistakes).
