Position: COO
Location: Mhape ( Navi Mumbai)
We are looking for an experienced COO to undertake all aspects of Operations Voice & Non Voice Process from US Healthcare Industry, including Client Management, Process Improvement, budget and forecasts preparation, as well as development of internal control policies and procedures.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Design and implement business strategies, plans and procedures
Set comprehensive goals for performance and growth
Establish policies that promote company culture and vision
Lead employees to encourage maximum performance and dedication
Evaluate performance by analyzing and interpreting data and metrics
Write and submit reports to the CEO in all matters of importance
