Mumbai location.

Position - COO

- 15 - 20 years experience in Travel industry, Mumbai local candidates only.

- Good experience and track record in corporate travel and MICE - business acquiring and heading operations

- Managing large Sales Teams, MICE Teams, Operations and Outbound Product Teams.

- Manage the Retail, online & Offline Distribution Channels by implementing technology based solutions for expansion of market and business portfolio.

- Increase overall network by the right mix of partners

- Setting benchmarks in the industry today on NPS, ATV, R&R and CSat.

- Research, develop and establish regional tour brands

- P&L responsibility of the entire travel business

- Forming new and aggressive sales strategies

- Spread of network across the country with competition and market mapping

- Establishing a long term sustainable strategy for all aspects of the network

- Job involves creating an outbound /domestic holiday experience which is sellable through various channels, and establishes market leadership for the company

- Establishing a strategy to be implemented for sustained growth across channels.
