Job Description :

- The incumbent will be responsible to provide strategic and operational leadership to the team for achievement of the same

- The person shall also recruit, train and retain a high performing team across all formats and regions.

- COO will be responsible to bring efficient and effective systems to increase the productivity of the organization.

- The person will be required to implement and lead a continuous quality improvement process across all areas of operations - focusing on systems /process improvement.

Candidate Specification :

- The ideal candidate will be a Management Graduate with minimum 15 years of experience in rural sales and marketing

- Have excellent communication skills, proven leadership skills.

- Must have excellent networking skills

- People and Analytical skills are a must for the role.
