About our Client - Our client is US $1 billion conglomerate and is a upcoming and growing real estate development. The group foray into Real estate & construction business specializing in residential, commercial, SEZs, IT Parks Development. Our client has come a long way and currently holds a portfolio of 5 projects spread across the city of Mamba with Salable area of Approx. 2 million Sq.ft. Group will shortly launch mass residential housing project in Thane Ghodbunder Road having total develop able area of approx. 2.2 millions sq.ft. Presently group is executing total project worth of Rs. 2700 Crores. Apart from these, Group has also signed couple of redevelopment projects at Borivali and Bandra with salable area of approx 1.20 Lacs sq.ft.

Job Description - Oversee operations / projects to ensure efficiency, quality, service and cost-effective management of resources, execution of and decision making on operational matters

- Responsible for Financial, Budget planning

- Planning timely projects finalization, Contracts , team recruitment & organization structure

- Review activity reports to determine progress and status in attaining objectives and revise objectives and plans in accordance with current conditions

- Ensure the security and development of assets and resources

- Implementation of Best Management Practices

- Skilled in analyzing complex requirements of organization and prioritizing it based on the available resources to curtail costs

- Provide overall direction and management of enterprises, including personnel, technological resources and assets

The Successful Candidate - Minimum 25 years of experience in Real Estate

- BE / B Tech - Civil

- Strategic Bent of mind

- Excellent leadership qualities

- High tolerance to ambiguity in project execution environment

- Should have Exemplary track record in development of methods for mistake proofing and improving efficiency

- Should have keen understanding of the customer requirements to successfully translate into SOPs for operating personnel to achieve customer satisfaction
