Chief Operating Officer - Real Estate (12-25 yrs)
A fast growing Delhi NCR Based Real Estate and Construction company is looking to hire their COO and Head of Strategy.
The incumbent must have cross-functional experience within Real Estate and ability to strategize and advise the CMD and Senior Management Team on Business Development, Fund Raising, Construction & Design of ongoing projects, Project Planning, broker management, CRM, Marketing and Brand Management etc.
Responsibilities
- Participate with the CMD in developing a vision and strategic plan to guide the organization.
- Operational planning and management which includes development of operational plan that works towards the strategic direction of the organization.
- Financial planning and management.
- Oversee the implementation of human resource policies, procedures and practices.
- Oversee and monitor projects.
- Motivate, monitor and lead talented professional.
