COO (New Delhi):

Will have all functions other than Finance and HR report to him.

Will report to M.D.Given that our client is very strong in Production and R&D, the COO would focus most closely on Sales, Distribution and Marketing thus leading to accelerated growth rates.

The ideal candidate profile is Graduates/MBAs with 10-20 years experience in pharma vertical and solid experience in managing sales through Doctors, prescription generation, managing distributors and revamping sales force to maximize ROI.
