Our Client seeks an innovative executive to be our next COO and build upon the organization's 5+ years of excellence the Youtube MCN space.

About the Organization:

- Our Client is a leading digital media company focused on producing original digital content for YouTube and other digital platforms. Our Client operates over 100 channels focused on the Kids, Entertainment and Lifestyle segments, and is the largest pre-school and K-12 educational multi channel YouTube Network.

- Our Client maintains a library of proprietary content comprised of over 35,000 videos.

- Our Client has launched groundbreaking web and mobile products for its flagship Channel, which is one of the most viewed Kids Education Channel on Youtube worldwide with millions of dedicated fans.

- Overall accountability for Our Clients success meeting its mission - from product/service outcomes to financial health to exemplifying a strong organizational culture

- Leading board and staff to establish strategic direction as Our Client grows

- Developing strategic international partnerships that expand the reach of Our Client products and services

Qualifications

- Proven track record of leadership success, with 10+ years of senior leadership experience reflecting ability to move from ideas to implementation in driving scalable impact

- Understanding of the Youtube MCN space

- High integrity, high accountability leadership that puts mission first

- Past success generating sales revenue in a business development leadership role highly desirable

- An entrepreneur that can lead teams, launch newer channels and properties across all mediums

- Demonstrated success and belief in using technology to drive business

- Strong, metrics-driven approach to organizational management

- Recognized expertise in a related field

- Ability to inspire belief in and action toward a big vision, for internal and external stakeholders

- Demonstrated ability to forge strategic partnerships that drive revenue and impact growth

- Sterling communication skills - as a public speaker and writer

- Highly collaborative work style that tends toward lifting up teammates instead of self promotion

- Demonstrated success recruiting and cultivating talent - at the board and staff level

- MBA, or other advanced degree highly desirable
